4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 5bnw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. 5bnw does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the 5bnw deposit page. These amounts may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once verification is complete, 5bnw aims to process withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. You may only withdraw funds that have been deposited by you and any winnings generated from real-money gameplay. 10.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, 5bnw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5bnw account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate third-party game providers and payment processors. 5bnw is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties beyond what is required by applicable law.
11.1 By 5bnw. 5bnw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
11.2 By You. You may close your 5bnw account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
